- Created Athletic Passes to cap family attendance costs.

- Reduced Pay-to-Play fees by 50% with multi-sport caps.

- Introduced therapy dogs to support student well-being.

Operations & Community Support

- Negotiated a new 3-year contract with SWEA.

- Eliminated school fees at the start of the year.

- Uploaded Board meetings online for transparency.
